1. Purpose & Standards
At Code of Conduct, we strive to maintain a disciplined, productive, and respectful academic environment. All students enrolled in diploma and certificate programs (including ADCA, DCA, Tally Prime + GST, Web Development, and Stenography) are required to follow this Code of Conduct at all times while present on campus premises.
2. Computer Lab & Hardware Usage Rules
To maintain our high-standard hardware facility and respect the "One Student - One PC" policy:
- Assigned Workstations: Students must sit at their designated computer system and are not permitted to change wiring, disconnect peripherals, or tamper with system hardware.
- Software Integrity: Installing unauthorized third-party software, games, or modifying system settings/passwords is strictly prohibited.
- Food & Beverages: Eating, drinking, or carrying liquids into the computer lab area is completely forbidden to prevent damage to equipment.
3. Attendance, Punctuality & Batch Discipline
- Timeliness: Students must arrive on time for their designated batch shift (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening). Late entries disrupt class lectures.
- Minimum Attendance Requirement: A minimum of 75% attendance is required to sit for final module examinations and receive official course certificates.
- Leave Applications: Prior written notice or WhatsApp communication is required for consecutive absences exceeding 3 days.
4. Professional Behavior & Campus Decorum
Students must demonstrate respect toward faculty members, administrative staff, and fellow students:
- Mutual Respect: Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, bullying, or discrimination will result in immediate suspension.
- Mobile Device Usage: Mobile phones must be switched to silent mode during theory lectures and practical lab sessions. Personal phone calls must be taken outside class space.
- Identity & Verification: Students must carry their institute enrollment card/fee slip while on institute grounds.
5. Disciplinary Action & Violations
Failure to adhere to the code of conduct may result in progressive disciplinary measures:
- First Warning: Verbal reminder issued by the faculty or batch counselor.
- Second Warning: Written notice issued and notification sent to parents/guardians.
- Termination of Enrollment: Severe misconduct, vandalism, or non-compliance may lead to immediate cancellation of admission without fee refund.
