1. Admission Policy & Enrollment
By applying online or enrolling at Skyline Computers Srinagar, students agree to abide by all academic and administrative guidelines established by the institute:
- Admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis subject to seat availability in specified batch slots.
- Students must submit authentic educational details, identity proof, and recent photographs at the time of registration.
- Batch allocations (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) are assigned based on student preference and lab capacity.
2. Fee Structure & Payment Guidelines
- Course fees must be paid on or before the due date agreed upon during admission.
- Installment options (if opted for) must be cleared promptly at the beginning of each monthly cycle.
- Registration and course fees paid are **non-refundable** once classes commence, except at the sole discretion of management under special circumstances.
- Failure to pay installment fees on time may lead to temporary suspension from practical lab sessions.
3. Lab Conduct & Computer Facility Usage
To maintain a professional learning environment, every student must adhere to the **One Student - One Computer** policy and lab rules:
- Students are strictly forbidden from installing unauthorized software, altering system configurations, or damaging computer hardware.
- Any deliberate physical damage to PCs, monitors, keypads, or furniture will result in financial liability and potential disciplinary action.
- Food, beverages, and illegal items are strictly prohibited inside the computer training labs.
4. Attendance, Examinations & Certification
Certifications (ADCA, DCA, Tally Prime + GST, BCC, etc.) are awarded only upon fulfilling the following criteria:
- A minimum of **75% attendance** across theoretical lectures and practical lab hours.
- Successful completion of module assignments, practical lab evaluations, and final assessments.
- Clearance of all outstanding tuition or administrative fees prior to exam certificate release.
- Issued certificates can be verified online through our official Student Verification Portal.
5. Code of Discipline & Termination
Skyline Computers maintains zero tolerance for misconduct, harassment, or disruption of classes. The institute management reserves the right to cancel enrollment or suspend any student found engaging in unlawful conduct, misbehavior towards faculty/peers, or violating institute policies.
6. Jurisdiction & Administrative Contact
Any legal disputes or administrative issues arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
